Maciek Sobczak

Maciek Sobczak is an industrial designer (Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, graduated in 2008). In 2015 he finished a Type@Paris summer programme, as a first student from Poland. Finalist in many design competitions (honorable mentions in "Bench for Warsaw Parks" and "Souvenir from Warsaw" organized by Warsaw City Hall, 2nd prize in packaging competition "Kosmetyk Przyszłości" dr Irena Eris, finalist in "Graduation Projects International Design Review 2007/08" organized by 2+3D. Gold Medal for Lewiatan UGV of the World Fairs INNOVA in Brussels, 2009 (with WAT, WB Electronics & INNO+NPD), finalists of Young Design Award IWP 2014, finalist of Dobry Wzór Award IWP 2020 (wraz z INNO+NPD). He is mostly focused on innovative electronic products, but designs wide range of them, believing that diversity boosts innovation.
