Władysław Brykczyński

(born 1932), graphic artist, illustrator, book designer. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław (1957). Chief graphic designer at the "Czytelnik" Publishing Cooperative for over 20 years. He also designed for publishing houses: Iskra, Poznański, MON, PAX, and in the 90s for the Büchner Foundation. During the first "Solidarity" and during martial law, he was a colporter and liaison officer of the Puławy underground publishing house Familia and the Warsaw structures of the ROPCiO (Ruch Obrony Prawanku i Obywatela).
