The typeface was created between 1975 and 1977 and is probably the first brand typeface designed from scratch. The design includes Latin and Cyrillic caps and digits. Only oblique version was created and it is supposed to give the impression of dynamism and momentum. RD comment: "As for the inscription Polskie Linie Lotnicze, Univers was used in the first attempt (competition entry), then, at LOT's request, it was changed into the letter "custom made ".
