Piotr Woźniak

 

Born in 1980 in Końskie, Poland. Typeface designer, typopunk. At the age of 17, he signed a licence agreement with Linotype for the Kropki font. Between 1999 and 2002, he produced fonts for national and local newspapers under the supervision of Tomasz Kuczborski, Marek Zalejski and Marcin Wicha, at Studio Q in Warsaw. In 2004, the LinotypeKropki font was presented at the exhibition “Bookmark - Selection of the Central European Typography” at Museum Meermanno in The Hague. Since 2002, under the brand 066.FONT, he has designed dozens of experimental fonts distributed by Monotype.
