Helikon is a display serif typeface with the features of a stencil deseign, created in 1972 by Helena Nowak-Mroczek under the supervision of Roman Tomaszewski at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and at the Type Faces Centre. The project was the first university diploma thesis in typeface design in the country. The typeface has an outlina variation.
