Typeface based on angle-cut nib calligraphy. The features defining the typeface are: high contrast of the strokes, emphasis of the thickness of the lines at the baseline which is achieved by turning the nib while writing. The lettershapes resemble a humnist roman style. The name of the font – Hebdów – is a reference to a town name, placed near the Nowe Brzesko, where for a few years now a Summer Calligraphy School is held in a post-norbertian monastery. Typeface used by the author for personal projects.
